Boot Camps - the newest fitness trend

In 2009 I was the first trainer to offer this form of workout in Austria and have since then successfully and effectively run Fitness Boot Camps!

Alex Bulla - personal and boot camp trainer: studied, tested and scoped out the boot camps in New York, then completed various forms of training and brought the very best to Austria.

In the US boot camps are no longer just for managers and professional athletes. Now both individuals and fitness lovers can come together to complete these extensive drill-interval courses or pursue it through personal training.
The sessions are power and endurance training, in which you burn about 1,000 calories at a time. Boot camp training is possible all year round, whether indoor or outdoor. It can take place in any location, such as gyms, parks, fitness rooms or even just outside.

In addition I would gladly offer nutritional coaching, which includes:

the recording and analysis of your nutrition protocol, the creation of a personalized diet plan and a 1 hour discussion to explain how to enforce this plan.

All training session are offered in English and German.

My Program for Extensive Boot Camp Training:

Ever so often someone asks me whether I would offer intensive training across longer periods of time.
I offer this program at a minimum of 10 days, during which there will be both a morning and afternoon training every day. This form of training is more effective and efficient, compared to training once a week.

You can take these courses as an individual or in a small group.  

For this exclusive form of training you can also book me outside of Austria.
